Shipping policy

Processing & Dispatch Times

All items are handmade to order in our Buckinghamshire workshop. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days. During busy periods (Mother’s Day, Christmas, wedding season), dispatch may extend slightly, but we will always keep you updated.

UK Delivery

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Tracking information is provided as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Most items ship for £4.00 with reduced rates for additional items.

Packaging

Every order is securely packaged to protect the wood and engraving during transit. We use recyclable or reusable packaging wherever possible.

Personalised Items

Because each item is custom‑made, please ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order. We cannot change the engraving once production has started.

Delays & Delivery Issues

Royal Mail may experience delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. If your parcel is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United Kingdom only.
