Processing & Dispatch Times

All items from Intricate Engraving are handmade to order and carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Our usual production and dispatch time is 1–2 weeks, depending on order volume and the complexity of your custom engraving.

Delivery Options (UK Only)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and offer the following delivery methods:

• Free Delivery – Available on selected products.

• Custom Product Delivery – Certain items, such as our acrylic display plaques, may have a dedicated delivery rate applied at checkout.

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

Order Processing

Because each item is custom‑made, processing times may vary. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Packaging

All orders are packaged securely to protect your engraved items during transit.

If you prefer to collect your order, please contact us directly to arrange a suitable collection time.

Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@intricateengraving.co.uk and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
